Duncan and I have been training together for the last 9 months, and it’s truly the best thing I’ve ever done. Duncan is a tough but fair and patient coach, and he has shown me that I’m far stronger and more capable than I ever thought I was. He has also made working out enjoyable for me again, and I look forward to our sessions every week. On top of being an incredible coach, he’s also extremely punctual, organized, and always manages to squeeze me in when I have to change our usual schedule.

I’m grateful to Duncan for helping me build a strong foundation, and I’d absolutely recommend him to anyone looking to grow/build upon their fitness skills!

The best trainer!! I highly recommend Keen Personal Training! He’s incredibly knowledgeable about all different exercises (including my favorite pilates) and has given me great alternatives when I’ve had an injury. His workouts are unique and always challenging, and I've definitely gotten so much stronger since working with him. He’s great at tailoring sessions to my needs and always knows exactly how to keep me progressing

I worked with Duncan for the second and third trimester of my first pregnancy and had an A+ experience. Duncan is incredibly talented - he comes up with creative, challenging, and fun workouts that make you feel better physically and mentally. And, he is a really positive person who is easy to be around week after week. He is also an incredibly timely and organized person which helps make fitting sessions into busy schedules much easier. I genuinely enjoyed working out with Duncan weekly during my second and third trimester (and soon post-partum!) and give him a strong positive review.

For context I regularly lifted weights before getting a fitness coach, however I lacked the tools & knowledge to actually reach my full athletic potential. After a year & a half of lifting weights but still dissatisfied with my appearance and athletic performance I decided to work with Keen Personal Training, specifically Duncan. He gave me the foundation & tools to help me reach my athletic potential to the point I regularly get complimented on my appearance and have gotten much better from an athletic standpoint, especially on the basketball court. I’m honestly upset I didn’t invest into a fitness coach earlier, as I was too prideful to think it would be of benefit. Clearly I was wrong as I’m down 30 pounds in one year so if you’re on the fence to work with a coach, give Keen a try and I can guarantee you will see results.

Virtual Accountability Partner: There are days when the gym feels like something I need to check off my to-do list and can be challenging alone. Duncan is always happy to hop on Facetime or have you send clips of your workouts for instruction and inspiration. He also calls me on my BS and celebrates every victory, big or small.
